Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Legal Notice The website is the exclusive property of BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL, including all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) without reservation. These Terms govern the contractual relationship between BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL and the customer and supersede any other conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing. BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL may amend these Terms at any time; the applicable version is that published on the website at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders Orders are validated by automated systems and confirmed by email. The sale is considered final upon full payment authorization. BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of an existing payment dispute.

4. Pricing and Payment All prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT included where applicable under OSS). Prices do not include shipping or customs duties. Accepted payment methods: credit card (processed securely via Stripe) and PayPal. Payment is due in full before shipment.

5. Retention of Title Ownership of products remains with BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL until full payment is received.

6. Product Availability and Shipping Product availability is indicated on each product page. Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Shipping is handled by UPS. Delivery times vary by destination. In case of stock issues, customers may receive a refund or opt for an alternative product.

7. Delivery Terms Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be issued. Customers must inspect packages upon receipt. In case of damage, customers must notify BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL within 3 days and inform the carrier as required by applicable laws.

Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local fees in their country. BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL is not liable for failure to pay such fees.

If a parcel is returned due to the customer’s failure to collect it, BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL may charge for reshipping costs. No shipping refunds will be granted for customer-related delivery issues.

8. Right of Withdrawal Customers have a universal right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Products must be returned unused, in original packaging. Personalized products are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refunds will be issued within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

9. Warranties BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL honors the legal warranties of the country of delivery. Personalized products are only refundable in case of manufacturing defects. Returned items must be pre-approved by BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL and shipped with a return authorization number.

10. Limitation of Liability Product images and descriptions are for reference only. BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL shall not be held liable for minor discrepancies or errors. BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL is not responsible for order issues arising from customer fault, third-party events, or force majeure (e.g., war, pandemics, strikes).

11. Data Protection BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL collects and processes customer data in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is applied universally. Customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data by contacting BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL . Data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.

12. Intellectual Property All content and data on the site, including databases, are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied or reused without prior written permission.

13. Image Rights BKEEPER INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to use images of individuals wearing its products for brand promotion across its media channels.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
